Here’s a concept that we must come to terms with: you are responsible for what you know. So if you are going to be doing research and listening to my videos, now you must choose to do something with this information. You don’t know what you don’t know, and God would never hold us responsible for what we don’t know…but once we do know, we are responsible to use it for our good and the good of those around us. This is why I am so excited to share with you what I have been researching. These are simple things we can implement into our lives to be as healthy as we can be.
The sad reality is that many people just don’t want to change. They prefer to continue making the same poor choices that are leading them towards poor health. Sometimes we expect different results even though we continue to make those same poor choices. I believe Einstein call this insanity!
You and I are different though! We are children of the Light who are making life choices that will help us transform into Jesus, Who is Life! We are not who we used to be, my Friends! We are learning to make the good sacrifices now, so that we can reap the rewards later.
