Boosting Our Immunity

The greatest thing we can do to protect ourselves from any kind of infection is to increase our body’s own immune system. Here I give you some suggestions of how to have a healthy mind set, to improve your sleep hygiene, keep hydrated, be aware of our second brain (our microbiome), to lower our stress level and change our nutrition so our bodies can heal themselves.
