We have been talking about the Pillar of Physical Health I call “Activity” and be full warned that I am going to get a bit nerdy this week. Our body, the way God created us fearfully and wonderfully made just fascinates me. Even before I knew the Lord, as Lord, my favorite classes in Pharmacy school were physiology (the way the body is supposed to work when healthy) and pathophysiology (the dysfunctional things that happen when we are in disease state). This week I will share with you the many benefits of leading an active life on every system of our bodies, including our minds.
