High Water Content

While I still encourage you to drink as much fluids as you can, another way to get some water in your body is to EAT your water. I know this sounds strange, but there are so many fruits and vegetables with such a high water content that you can be well hydrated if you add these to your meals. 

Of course, we quickly think of watermelon, but here’s a few more you might not have thought of: strawberries, peaches, cucumbers, grapes, spinach, tomatoes and oranges. Also another great way to get more fluids is to eat soup. This is a great method of not only getting extra liquids, but liquids filled with lots of beneficial nutrients if you fill your soup with lots of good veggies.
