Prayer is vital for our Christian walk. Last week, we talked about one way we interact with God, as He answers our prayers and we choose how we will answer His calls. Too often we complicate the idea of “prayer,” but in essence, it is simply communicating with God, and many times we “say” a lot by whether we choose to obey Him, or disobey Him.
This week, we will delve into a couple of the benefits of keeping this line of communication open with God. The Bible encourages us to “pray without ceasing,” (1Thess 5:17) and as we grow in Christ, we learn to do this with our thoughts, words and deeds. Prayer…it is the number one source of power in the Christian Life.
