A big part of looking for the “silver lining” is choosing to have a grateful heart. It was a lack of gratitude that led to The Downfall back in the Garden of Eden, so it is only a thankful heart that will set things right again. This is the choice we must make with every decision we make: am I going to look at this choice through a heart of gratitude or not? Truth is there is always something to be thankful for…for instance, I am grateful I woke up this morning, heard my alarm clock, saw the sun shining, felt the warm water from my shower, ate a good breakfast…and I could go on and on, can’t I? As they say, let’s choose to have an attitude of gratitude every day!
Ok are you ready for another assignment? Today connect with at least three people you don’t normally express gratitude towards and tell them WHY you are thankful they’re in your life.
