So we answer God’s calls in the same way God answers our prayers. The first way is our favorite: direct! When we pray and God grants us what we want, when we want it, oh how glorious. But have you ever thought that maybe God feels the same way? When He places a prompting on our hearts to do, say or even be something, and we quickly respond with “YES, Father!” don’t you think it makes His heart smile too?
Of course, saying YES to whatever God desires requires a great deal of trust. We have to believe that He loves us. We have to be assured that, whatever happens, He means it for our best. And we have to be secure in this Faith, even if we never understand the “why’s” of life.
Trust. The way we answer His calling reveals a lot about our level of maturity. Let us choose to continue to grow in His Grace and decide to answer this first glorious way, more and more.

1- Direct: “Yes, here you go. Trust Me.”

1- Direct: “Yes Father, here I am to gladly obey. I trust You.”
