Double It Up

The benefits of being well hydrated will effect every part of your body and soul. Not only will you feel better physically, not only will things flow through your system better, not only will you be more energetic, but your mind will be sharper too. Remember our body effects our mind and our mind effects our body. We are interconnected.

Check out the internet to see all the benefits of being well hydrated. Sadly too many people walk around at least slightly dehydrated and have learned to exist like that. They think it is normal not to have bowel movements daily. They think it is normal to have dry, flaky skin. They think it is normal to be sluggish, fatigued and down caffeinated energy drinks every afternoon, which provide little to no help by the way. This is all a lack of fluids in our bodies. Men should be drinking 100 ounces and women 73 ounces of fluids a day, minimum. If you are sweating and using up a lot of energy, you might need even more.

Let me give you this challenge today, if you are not a water or tea drinker, take whatever you regularly drink and just double it. I can almost guarantee you will feel so much better. Then make it your habit. Habits make take a while to catch on, but when good ones like this become part of your life, it can only lead to good things, including better health.
