Today let’s focus on the foods we eat because that is a simple and powerful way to help our secret inhabitants. The healthier our Microbiome are, the healthier we will be too. I am not trying to be all conspiracy theory here, but the truth is businesses are in business to make a profit…if they don’t make some money, they won’t exist very long. But sadly, because of this, they do not always have the consumer’s best interest in mind.
Yet what too many of us forget is that you and I have power here, you and I vote with our dollars. If we all would begin to demand higher quality foods, like organically grown, whole God made foods, instead of non-GMO’d Frankenstein foods, then these businesses would have to either listen and change or go out of business. Thankfully, we are beginning to see a shift in this, as we can more easily find organic options in our local grocery stores, but we still must refuse to purchase the garbage so that they stop producing them. Why? Because way too many people do not educate themselves on proper nutrition. Way too many people are hurting financially and opt for the cheaper, in price and quality, foods that are still available. Way too many people continue to eat foods that are hurting them instead of helping. But if we will only purchase healthy options, then companies will have to make more of those healthy options to stay in business. As a result the prices will go down, and everyone will benefit from these better choices.
The foods that are being created…not produced, but created by man…are encouraging an increasingly unhealthy shift in this world’s population. Our bodies, including our Microbiome, do not know what to do with all these foreign substances. They encourage the growth of those “bad” microbes which then overgrow causing us all sorts of health problems. This includes all of these food allergies that God never intended us to experience. More tomorrow…
