Come on my Friends, let’s say it by heart today:
“I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength.” Php 4:13 BSB
Remember that Joy of the Lord we talked about? Having confidence in Who our God is, is where this Joy comes from, then because we have Faith in Him, we can do all things. A big part of our growth comes from trusting God is Who He says He is. This blessed assurance, that God loves us, that He wants a good life for us here while we await the greatest life in Heaven, that He will never leave us nor forsake us…all these promises in the Bible are the foundation for this New Life in Christ and they are the reason why we can have a good life here, even in the midst of life’s challenges and struggles.
The next time the enemy tries to tell you his lies about how you cannot do this or that, when he hisses in your mind that there is no one who cares about you, when he tries to tempt you to do something you know God doesn’t want you do to, I pray you will be able to pull this arrow out of your quiver and fight the good fight of Faith. Remember you are never alone. There is a God who, not only cares about you, but has given His very life up so you can know Him and know true love, here and forevermore. And through Him, through this Savior and Lord Jesus our Christ, there is nothing you can’t do!
