Love is all about the freedom to choose, and as that lovely verse Dt 30:19 says, we can either choose Life with its corresponding blessings OR death with its ultimate curses, but we cannot choose BOTH at the same exact time.
The Downfall has set our hearts on the “death mode,” which is that Prideful, MMI centered mentality where I am more concerned with what I think, feel and want rather than what God says is the righteous way to live.
How did this happen, you ask? Well, the moment we were separated from God, Who IS Life, our only option was death, the lack of Life. There are consequences to every choice we make, including to live by this “death mode”…more tomorrow
