This country was founded upon the idea of Freedom for all. But Freedom goes both ways: we have the freedom to follow Christ…or not. I have often said that a Christian is not someone who believes in Christ…but someone who believes AND follows Him. As Christians, we are beginning to lose our freedom to be able to call ourselves Christ followers without being belittled, ridiculed, or literally, persecuted.
It is NOT equality to raise one group while trying to destroy another group. Everyone should have the freedom to do as their heart leads them…we can talk to others from a place of sincere love, sharing the truth in grace, but we cannot take away their freedom to choose which way to go. NOR should OUR Freedoms be infringed upon either. We cannot force anyone to choose Christ, but we can love them into His waiting arms…but only if we hold on to the Freedom to do so!
“All that evil needs to prevail is for the good man to do nothing.” And so I challenge us again to protect our Freedoms before they are taken away…help me spread the news…
