Ahhh, the Land of No Mores! Listen:
“He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” Rev 21:4 NIV
I know that story from yesterday seems like no big deal. I realize I have no idea if it changed this woman’s life for the better. But I also know that it changed her at that moment. I know that when we choose to bring Heaven down to earth by simply loving on others, we can grant them one less dark moment than they might have had. Darkness. This is the opposite of the Light we can have in Christ, starting now, then becoming fully realized in Heaven, when our time here is done. A small taste of Heaven, like what I saw in her altered face, was a blessing, not only for her, but for me too. Living this New Life, can grant us a glimpse into this Paradise we are destined for, the moment we believe that God so loved the world that He gave us His Son. If we believe, I mean really believe, if we open up this gift as we talked about last week, and live it…oh my, the good we can do! We will experience this “Land of No Mores” more and more, and this life will become what it was always meant to be, abundant.
Let’s choose to pursue this New Life, on purpose today, then won’t you come back to this video or my website and leave me a comment on how you personally experienced a taste of Heaven on earth too. In this way, we can encourage one another to keep fighting this very good fight.
