Shaking It Up

Back in August 2020, I began having these horrible muscle aches in my legs and especially my arms. My limbs would not only feel achy, but heavy and trembling so much that I could not walk properly because I didn’t think I had the stability to hold myself up. I was hunched over, grabbing on to counters and furniture just to get around my home. And the fatigue! My brain felt like it had melted in my skull and I could not stay awake, and sometimes even found it hard to find the words I wanted to say as I talked to anyone. 

Muscle weakness and brain fog with terrible tiredness was my situation for weeks. For a while I had been drinking these nutritional shakes I concocted, but I was not taking them consistently. So“I decided” (thank You, Lord, for the inspiration!) to try taking my shakes daily for a week to see what would happen. Within ONE WEEK, all my symptoms were GONE!

Since then, I have been telling others about adding a nutritional dense shake in their own diet to see if it would help them with their own ailments. I have been asked many times how I make my shake and what ingredients I use…so here it is, a video to tell you.
