We cannot talk about our nutritional health without at least taking a moment to discuss our soul health too. Our soul is our mind, emotions and will, or in other words, it is our thinker, feeler and chooser. It is here where our mental and emotional health can play a big part in governing our nutrition. As so, it directs a lot of what we eat because we think about food, get excited about certain foods and we certainly want a variety of foods. Depending on where our soul happens to be, whether we are following a healthy state of mind or not, we can think, feel like having or want things that are good for us OR things that will cause us future damage.
Never forget, since we are an interconnected being, our body will affect our soul and our soul will definitely affect our body too. Let’s talk about that this week…
