Problem: things like brain fog, forgetfulness, fatigue, especially around 3 in the afternoon
Find and fix: Could be as simple as getting a good night’s sleep! I’ve said this before and I will say it again, we must make good sleep hygiene a daily priority in our lives.
Here is a quick list of some things we can do to achieve this:
1- Go to bed at the same time every night, so your body can get used to the routine
2- Keep your bedroom dark, cool and quiet, so you can fall asleep and stay asleep
3- Stop eating at least three hours before you go to bed
4- Limit the time you spend on electronics before you go to sleep, and limit the amount of electronics in your room as you sleep
5- PRAY as you fall asleep…nothing better than resting in the arms of our Father while He restores and heals us throughout the night
Following guidelines like these will help you wake up more refreshed and restored so you can be ready for the next day ahead!
