Best Sleep Aid

One of the best ways to de-stress your day, is to go pray. Even if you are in bed but you just can’t sleep, get up and pray. Open up God’s Word, interact with Him, and let Him melt away all of that stress. Ask Him to help you discern between worries and concerns. Get His guidance on how you should set up your day so that you have margins, and are not rushed the next day. And definitely pray as you are setting up your budgets. 

God loves you, my Friends, and He wants to interact with you. And one of the greatest things this amazing relationship gives us is peace, which is the very opposite of stress. If you really want to have a good night’s rest and you can’t sleep, get up, go to your Holy Father, speak with Him…He’s up anyway…and then choose to rest in His arms.
